Quality Policy
The management of ENER-Z is dedicated to:
- Maintaining, monitoring and improving a Quality Management System oriented toward the Client's needs
- Formulating the System's documents in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian law and regulations, as well as international standards and good practices
- Applying to the design process the company's research and development findings
- Incorporating the concept of protecting the environment as a fundamental one to the System, challenging the Client to choose innovative approaches to that end
- Honouring and carrying out its responsibilities and duties as specified in contractual agreements fully and in a timely manner
- Taking into account the feedback and recommendations of the Client / Suppliers / Subcontractors with regard to the quality execution of its contractual responsibilities and duties
- Protecting the Client's intellectual property and / or confidential information
- Through training and rewards, enlisting our Associates' support for the System's goals; provide world-class workplace facilities
- Selecting trustworthy Suppliers and Subcontractors and build long-term partner relations with them
This Quality Policy has been approved by the management of the company on 01 April 2010.
